    • Press and hold the temperature control button
    • the color of the temperature control button light indicates the set temperature

  2. Insert the HeatStick
  3. Press and hold the control button to turn on
  4. The device will vibrate, and the light will begin flashing to show that the heating has started
    • heating takes approximately 25 seconds
  5. The device will vibrate, and the light will turn solid when heating is done, and the device is ready to use
    • a cycle lasts 5.5 minutes or 16 puffs
  6. When the cycle is over, the device will vibrate, and the light turns off
  7. Remove the Heat Stick by pushing the cap up and pulling the Heat Stick out
